We are a website who allows you to search and locate restaurants of your choice in your nearby areas and we take orders on your behalf to deliver the ordered food to your doorstep.
Online ordering provides several advantages over telephone based ordering. You will not receive a busy line, and no one will put you on hold, while your orders will be relayed to the restaurant accurately. You would also be able to see the entire menu online instead of listening to someone speak out the entire menu to you. It’s much more convenient than making a long and extensive order over the phone. You would be able to make a well informed decision about the restaurant of your choice by reading reviews on them.
However, in case you still want to place the order via phone, Hungrynaki customer care assistants will give you an unbiased choice of restaurants along with other necessary information.
You do not need to pay any extra money to use our site. However, we do charge a home delivery fee, which varies from restaurant to restaurant. The restaurant details page in the website mentions the delivery charges of each restaurant if any.
There are several payment options on our site including Debit/Credit card payment, bKash, as well as Cash payment on delivery. The food that you ordered will be delivered to your address and the payment confirmation bill would be sent over mail. This bill would include the delivery charge. You can pay using any of the payment options for most restaurants; however, for some restaurants all the payment options might not be available.
Yes you can make advance orders. Just mention the date and time when you would want the delivery made and write it on the comment box and you will receive it at that time. Please note that even the advance orders can be delivered only during restaurant operational timing. For example, if a restaurant starts their operations around 11am, they would able to make deliveries earliest by 11:30 am even if you would have placed an advance order.
Yes, you can make online payments using your debit and credit card. This option is available with all restaurants. You would get an option to choose your preferred mode of payment on the cart section while placing an order.
The address that you mention has to be the place where you want the delivery. The address can be stored with us (if you are registered) and can be used later when you want to order again. You have the option of storing 2 addresses with us. We would deliver to your office or any other address. However, we will not deliver to any public place, for example- another restaurant, airport, station etc.
Hungrynaki does not take any responsibility for the time of delivery. Although we mention a delivery time for each restaurant, it is only an estimated time and not a promise. The delivery time It would also depend on the weather, traffic, the kind of dish ordered etc. The delivery is guaranteed and we request you to contact us directly over phone or mail us at [email protected] in case the order is delayed by more than the stipulated time so that we can do a follow-up on the order. Please note that some of the restaurants do their own delivery too.

If the making of your ordered food is already underway, you would not be able to cancel it. In case the restaurant has not started processing the order, we can get the order cancelled. Please call us at 09606-454545 to check the status of your order. We usually request you to cancel within the first 5 minutes of your order placing.
Phone number is mandatory for us to call you in case the restaurants require any clarification on your order or address. Also, in case something that you have ordered is not available or if the order is going to be delayed for any unavoidable circumstances, we can let you know over the phone. That’s why you should provide us with a number where you would be available. In case, a customer does not provide a valid phone number or is unavailable after placing an order, Hungrynaki will not be liable if the order is not placed.
Your personal information is sent to the delivery team for delivery. We also use your email id to send you newsletters or other information you have subscribed to. Time and again we have lucky draws among our customers for which we use their email ids. Restaurant or Hungrynaki will never use your personal information for any other purpose other than the ones mentioned above.

We take security seriously and we take precautions to keep your personal information secure. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect. However, due to the open communication nature of the Internet, Hungrynaki cannot always guarantee that communications between you and Hungrynaki or information stored on Hungrynaki servers will be 100% safe. However, they will be free from unauthorized access by third parties.
If you cannot find any restaurant in our list, that restaurant might not be listed with us. You can mail us and we will try to bring the restaurant with us, you could also apprise them of our service. There is also a ‘Join us’ section where the restaurants can request to be added.
If you received the order details through email after placing an order, which means your order has been received by us. In case you did not, your transaction did not complete and order was not placed. You would have to place the order again, in case you have any further trouble please call us at 09606-454545 and our customer service assistants will take your order. You can also email us at [email protected] for any further assistance, although we do not process orders placed over email or through our Facebook page.

Our helpline number is accessible from 10:00am to 10:30 pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year (almost!). However, when placing online orders, you can place advance orders/bookings at any time of the day. The booking/order would be confirmed only when the restaurant starts their operations and processed at least 30 minutes from then. There are many more advantages once you register with us and discover them.
Anyone registered on Hungrynaki can write reviews on the site. However, Hungrynaki reserves the right to remove the review in case there is any objectionable language or wrong information used in the review.

Yes, we do offer phone support - you can call our customer service assistants at 09606-454545. Although we can process your request more efficiently if you order online, we do understand that you might not always be connected to the internet and we are happy to provide the phone support.
f you place a delivery order through Hungrynaki, you get a unique order id at the end of the order. This order id can be used to check the status of your order with Hungrynaki. Please note that this order id has no relevance whatsoever with your order at the restaurant.
Once you log-in, you would be able to see a link in the header section named "password". This will take you to the password change page.
No, you do not need two accounts. When you sign up with Hungrynaki, you get the option of putting a Primary and a Secondary address. Put your 2 addresses in these. When you place an order, your primary address will be default in the address field. In case you would want to change it to the secondary address, please check the option "Use my Secondary Address" just below.
